Roche confident of Genentech success
Roche posted lower profits than expected yesterday and executives took a cautious stance on future earnings, but they insist that their new, lower bid for Genentech will win over shareholders. "We are confident shareholders will consider this fair," said CEO Severin Schwan (photo). "We are not buying shares and we have no discussions on that point with the shareholders." Report
