Default DERP releases final report on topical calcineurin inhibitors (TCIs)

The Oregon Health and Science University's Drug Effectiveness Review Project (DERP) released it's final report on topical calcineurin inhibitors (TCIs), pimecrolimus and tacrolimus, used in the treatment of atopic dermatitis and eczema. The report addresses comparison to topical corticosteroids, safety issues and special population considerations.
