As of June 2008, according to the National Institutes of Health’s Clinical Trials website, there are no injectables currently being studied specifically for fibromyalgia.
There are two injectables, however, which are being studied in a related disease, myofascial pain syndrome (MPS). In MPS, botulism toxin-A (Dysport) is currently in Phase II/III trials:

In addition, there is an open label, active control study assessing the difference between acupuncture and a trigger point injection of bupivacaine (with cyclobenzaprine and dipyrone):
