Default Tysabri policy criteria - Crohn's disease

To respond to your interest in this topic, we updated our review to include analysis of criteria for Crohn’s Disease (click on the image to enlarge it).




Of note, a search of Crohn's disease guidelines did not mention Tysabri because they were issued before the approval of Tysabri for CD:
American Gastroenterological Association Medical Position Statement: Perianal Crohn’s Disease (2003)
American College of Gastroenterology: Crohn's disease in adults (2001)
