Afinitor sales projections

At least 1 analyst, Standard and Poor has predicted Afinitor to become a blockbuster (assuming at least $1B in sales), but no specific figures have been given. Additionally, Afinitor was approved at the end of 3/2009, and Novartis reported sales of $12B as of 7/2009.
