- Biography:
- Andrew graduated from La Salle University with his Bachelors in Biology. He then received his Doctor of Pharmacy from Temple University School of Pharmacy. Andrew completed a General Practice Residency at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital before working as an ICU Clinical Pharmacist for Crozer-Keystone Health System. Andrew joined PerformRx in October of 2005 and is responsible for preparing and presenting topics to P&T committees for all Plans. His department is responsible for maintaining client formularies, developing and implementing utilization management techniques and making recommendations to each P&T committee. Andrew is also responsible for coordinating the efforts of the Formulary Department clinical staff.
