Default Canadian Hypertension Guidelines Expressly Warn Against ARB/ACE-Inhibitor Combo--Should Others Follow?

One expert in the US has published a viewpoint saying that dual RAS blockade is "dead until further notice." The Canadian Hypertension Education Program has issued a guideline alert warning against the combo, but for now the AHA says it has no intention of doing so.
